Shipping & Returns
Last updated: 07/02/25
At Jane Austen's Letters, we pack each envelope with care—and a little magic. Below you'll find all the practical details on how and when your letters arrive, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.
Shipping
We ship letters every two weeks, based on your subscription cycle.
- Shipping within the U.S. is handled by USPS First Class Mail. Most letters arrive within 5–7 business days after being sent.
- For international subscribers (coming soon!), shipping times may vary by region.
We'll send you a confirmation email when your letter ships. If you have questions about timing, feel free to contact us at support@lettersfromjaneausten.com.
Make Sure Your Address Is Correct
Please double-check your mailing address before placing an order. We cannot replace letters shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Letters
If your letter hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, reach out to us at support@janeaustensletters.com. We'll do our best to track it down or send a replacement if needed.
Returns & Refunds
Because our letters are made to order and part of a serialized story experience, all sales are final. We're a tiny team, and we appreciate your understanding. That said, if something arrives damaged or you feel like something's gone wrong, please email us—we're human, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Gifting?
Gifting a subscription? Wonderful! Be sure to enter the recipient's name and address correctly. You can include a custom message at checkout (or email us if you'd like to include something special).
Questions? Email us anytime at support@janeaustensletters.com—we're happy to help.
